Would love to see all service appointments. Checked in, due today and near future.

Hi Shelby. Probably in Data Mining. Dealership wide would be great. The salespeople have tasks to complete every month helping service clients. This is mandatory at our dealership. We need to have access which includes the customer's name, phone number and the type of car they have being serviced. We have to call text and email them.

Quick couple questions so we can make sure we’re scoping it right: where would you expect this list to live (CRM dashboard vs a service area vs mobile)? When you say “all service appointments,” are you looking dealership-wide or just for a specific advisor/team/user? And for “near future,” what timeframe fits your workflow best (e.g., next 7 days vs next 30)?
