Our previous platform we were able to see date/time when previously sold clients are in for servicing. It was beneficial because it helps as a reminder of their face when they arrive for conversation as it's tough to remember 100's of faces but also easier to remember reading a name when in for service and also the potential for upgrading them into a newer vehicle.

- Can you provide more details on how you would like to be notified when a previous client is in for servicing?
- What specific information about the client would you like to see when they are in for servicing?
- How would you like this feature to integrate with the current CRM system?

Shelby Parker any kind of notification would help. I would like to see the vehicle and name of the client/time of appointment. Should be somewhere on the dashboard. Somewhere visible where I can see active leads etc.

Shawn Goebel: It would be great if I could see when my sold clients are in for service. As a salesman it allows me to continue to connect with my clients leading to greater client retention. It also allows my to get people out of their trades earlier so our dealership has more viable vehicles for our used car inventory.

I'm trying to work smarter, not harder.. When in business rules, it would be great if the drop down option for Service BDC distro could operate. Instead, my only option to assign a first oil change follow up task after the sale, is to either assign to the BDM to manually round robin OR assign to all BDRs, let them duke it out and whoever doesn't get the customers has to delete their tasks.

This would allow our Service Conversion sales employee to pull up that day's service appointments in CRM and look up the deal information in one single action and location.

It would be nice for service BDC to work out of Drive using customer records that the whole store see's. But they can't even add a customer without a deal being created.

I realize this post is about a year old, but I agree. It would be great for the sales side to hold on to original as well.

Yes!! This would be great, even for sales bdr's when they want to log a phone up call that doesn't necessarily need a new deal created!
