Can we please stop when a customer "Likes" a text having it come in as a text from the customer and thereby being an "Unanswered" Text. It is artificially increasing our Fumble rate and there is no easy way of clearing it out without replying AGAIN to the customer with a thumbs up or something which is awkward at that point.

I am part of the BDC department, when going through previous customers trying to opt them in to texting I always get told I hit a limit. Is there are way for there not to be a limit?? It slows me down a lot.

Do we have an unsend feature on texts and emails . We should have a few seconds to unsend in case something is sent in error.

There should be a feature where you can mark a text as read. There can be numerous reasons we would not need to respond to a text. Such as a like or derogatory messaging or someone just acknowledging your message.

If a customer replies to the Opt In text with something other than Yes or No, is the "Please respond with only YES or NO." our only option to send them after? Can it be worded softer? Like "Sorry, this system will not allow text conversation without a response of either YES or NO. Please reply YES or NO."

Add the ability to text a vehicle brochure.

Please add "Hola, por favor responde con OK o NO" as an accepted response At this time, "Hola, por favor responde con un SI o NO" is an accepted response, but on the Spanish keyboard, Ok is easier to type and never has the ' symbol, so may be easier for customers to opt in

I would like the ability to send multiple customer a message in the same conversation. For example: a customer & their cosigner or a husband and wife in the same conversation.

We should be able to quickly have the ability to impersonate the primary sales consultant when texting a customer as opposed to having to scroll down the list of sales agents.

Sometimes in my off hours I found myself scrolling through the CRM and pre-writing a text message I plan to send someone when it's a more appropriate hour to communicate with them, then saving that as a Note, to be copied and pasted later. (No one wants to wake up to a 2am text message haha) It would be great if I could write those text messages and schedule them to be automatically sent during more appropriate times. Especially for customers who work night shift and our usually unavailable, sleeping, during the day.
