Sometimes in my off hours I found myself scrolling through the CRM and pre-writing a text message I plan to send someone when it's a more appropriate hour to communicate with them, then saving that as a Note, to be copied and pasted later. (No one wants to wake up to a 2am text message haha) It would be great if I could write those text messages and schedule them to be automatically sent during more appropriate times. Especially for customers who work night shift and our usually unavailable, sleeping, during the day.

We use this in another system we have where we can essentially Pause a message and have it auto send the reply to the contact method we choose. This would be super helpful to follow up with customers on scheduling appointments or even when we don't want to reply after hours. It could just be a clock addition to the normal messaging interface that allows us to choose when the message goes out. It would be nice to receive a notification that our message went out so we can check back in and schedule more follow up if needed. It would be nice if the AI also didn't interfere while the message is waiting to go out.

I'm a late night composer of text messages, would love to have them sent out in the morning without having to go back and find all the ones I wrote and didn't send. It a standard option for most mms testing apps at this point.

I would like an option to delay an email from sending out. For example, after leaving a voicemail, I would like to schedule the system to send a template email 10 minutes later.

Add a "send Later" button for both text and emails. I'd like to create messages for my customers the night before so they receive the messages at 8am, clearing my work plan so I can go on with my day with more time to get more done.

It would be nice if we could send opt in message after hours and the customer receives it delayed, in the morning. That way it would be easier to claim the lead at night and do not disturb the customer.

- What is the ideal time range for the customer to receive the delayed message in the morning?
- Should the delay in sending messages apply to all customers or only to specific ones?
- Would you like to have the ability to customize the content of the delayed message?

Shelby Parker 1. It would be nice to have the option to pick the exact day and time, or options like 1 day 1 week 1 hour etc.
- I think this option should be available to do on any customer engaged or not. That way we can set up follow up, even when we might be out of office.
- Absolueltey, it should be adding a delay to a custom message not having to pick from a template.
