Sometimes in my off hours I found myself scrolling through the CRM and pre-writing a text message I plan to send someone when it's a more appropriate hour to communicate with them, then saving that as a Note, to be copied and pasted later. (No one wants to wake up to a 2am text message haha) It would be great if I could write those text messages and schedule them to be automatically sent during more appropriate times. Especially for customers who work night shift and our usually unavailable, sleeping, during the day.

I would like an option to delay an email from sending out. For example, after leaving a voicemail, I would like to schedule the system to send a template email 10 minutes later.

Add a "send Later" button for both text and emails. I'd like to create messages for my customers the night before so they receive the messages at 8am, clearing my work plan so I can go on with my day with more time to get more done.

It would be nice if we could send opt in message after hours and the customer receives it delayed, in the morning. That way it would be easier to claim the lead at night and do not disturb the customer.

- What is the ideal time range for the customer to receive the delayed message in the morning?
- Should the delay in sending messages apply to all customers or only to specific ones?
- Would you like to have the ability to customize the content of the delayed message?

We have the tasks set up telling us to do the text or email later but can we also have the option of scheduling those texts and emails so we can finish it at that point.

- Would you find it useful to have recurring scheduled messages (e.g., a weekly status update), or are you primarily interested in one-time scheduled messages?

Most customers from a third party lead (like KBB) don't respond to the first emails. Without a business rule, it would be nice to have a way to schedule follow up emails to a specific customer for future follow up. Like say once-twice a day for a week or even a 6 month follow up email.
