Limit the Number of Text Opt In User Can Send

We would like to be able to limit the number of times am associate can send an OPT in text. They are doing it over and over just to clear a task. If the customer doesn't reply with a "YES" the first two times, chances are the wont say yes on the 8th time.

Agreed, but it must reset when a customer places a new inquiry or when a new deal is created.

Hey Michael Fletcher - we really appreciate the feedback, and tend to agree with your thought process. We have attempted to limit this in the past with a lot of negative feedback but due to TCPA and CCPA guidelines have re-started this discussion internally. We do currently throttle this type of texting after 30 days since customer creation so that only a certain number of texts can be sent per hour after that limit. You'll receive an update on this request automatically should we decide to move forward with a limit.
