I would like the ability to send multiple customer a message in the same conversation. For example: a customer & their cosigner or a husband and wife in the same conversation.

To make sure we’re scoping this the right way, could you share a bit more detail on: which channel you’re thinking of for “group messaging” (SMS/text, email, in-app chat, etc.) and which matters most for you; who you’d want included in the thread (both purchasers, salesperson, finance manager, etc.) and whether everyone should see the full conversation; and what’s breaking down today when there are two purchasers (messages only reaching one person, getting split into separate threads, duplicates, or something else)?

Please add the ability to text a buyer and cobuyer on a deal. This would make communicating with customers shopping with a partner (spouse, child/parent, business partner etc.) much easier.

Simply add a button that says add recipient where you can select a profile for a co-buyer and it make it send a group SMS message including me, and both co-buyers.

Why can’t we text husband and wife at the same time? We should be able to add multiple phone numbers.

If I’m talking and asking questions there are lots of times that I want to be able to text more than one person at the same time, then that person doesn’t have to forward what I’m asking back and forth
