I would like the ability to send multiple customer a message in the same conversation. For example: a customer & their cosigner or a husband and wife in the same conversation.

Group Text (husband and wife)

Why can’t we text husband and wife at the same time? We should be able to add multiple phone numbers.

If I’m talking and asking questions there are lots of times that I want to be able to text more than one person at the same time, then that person doesn’t have to forward what I’m asking back and forth

Hiya Marisa Thompson, thanks for this post! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific scenarios or use cases do you envision for texting multiple phone numbers simultaneously?
- Are there any specific features or functionalities you would like to see when texting multiple recipients?
- How important is it for you to have the ability to customize messages for each recipient in a group text?

- I would use this feature multiple times on a weekly bases. I need this for communicating information with customer and their co-applicants for online applications. This feature will also help with follow up when working with a family (example: husband & wife) instead of messaging them individually. A big part would be with deliveries! In powersport sales the person buying the motorcycle/atv/utv/pwc is not always the same person riding it home / picking it up. Having a group conversation with all parties involved helps keep all parties informed & on the same page.
2.Needs to be as simple as an (Example: IOS apple platform). Send a text to everyone, everyone receives it, everyone can respond and continue messaging in the same conversation.
- The ability to add is a must, but the ability to remove would be a benefit not a necessity. At that point we can just create a new conversation with the need be personal only.

Hiya Bailey Gutierrez, thanks for this post! I have a few more questions for you:
- Could you provide more context on how often you need to send messages to multiple customers in the same conversation?
- Are there any specific features you would like to see in this group messaging functionality?
- Would you like to have the ability to add or remove customers from the conversation after it has started?
