Just like email signatures, having a text message signature would work wonders to let the customer know who they are speaking with without having to constantly type name and dealership.

I would like a feature where the text signature would automatically pop up instead of having to type my name and the dealership after every text :)

Hiya Victoria Arcand, thanks for this post! I have a few more questions for you:
- Would you like the text signature feature to be customizable for different types of messages or recipients?
- Should the text signature include any specific information by default, such as your role or contact details?
- Do you envision this feature being available on all devices and platforms where you use DriveCentric?

Have the Texts sent include a short signature of the USER sending the text

Right now it is confusing for the customer because all users have the same texting number and the customer doesn't know if it is from the manager, salesman, bdc, service.....

Great to hear your perspective, Philishia Crum! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide more details on what information you'd like included in the user signature?
- Do you have any preferences on how the user signature should be formatted?
- Would you like the user signature to be customizable or should it follow a standard format across all users?
