On The customer card, it mentioned how many days the lead came in and how long they've been in engaged. Now with the new update, that has been taken away. It is so helpful to know how many days its been as its a quick and easy tool to use to know when to send out your own opt-in text at 10 days, know when the 30, 60, and 90 days are up.

Summarize the customer history via the Customer Contact Card.

Please bring back the best contact method. Or a way to support calls with messages. I no longer know if a customer responds better with calls or emails/texts.

It would be nice to have an option to have the Contact Card for the customer shown by default instead of having to click the little green arrow in a customer's profile to get it to expand. It is nice to be able to see all contact methods, all cars in their garage, etc. without having to go into the Credit App or individual tabs. Maybe this is a dealer option you can set to open or not so not everyone would have to do it if they didn't want to? I still think there's a lot of valuable detail there with the new design.

It would be helpful if there was an unsubscribe from all button instead of having to do five different unsubscribes.

There needs to be a field added for the Employer Phone number. You can not submit a deal in any state with RouteOne or Dealertrack without a employer Phone number. This needs added ASAP.

I would like to ad "secure" to the portal link verbiage when sending the link to customers

Can I recommend that when opening a client profile, that clicking their name on the top left opens up a contact card where their information can be edited (name, email, phone number, address etc). The new system is confusing. A lead that comes in without phone number or email has no quickly identifiable way to edit contact information. I found out that you now need to click "Credit Application" to add this info. This isn't a particularly logical way. Our dealership utilizes some of this information to create test drive forms etc, and credit application is not the only time in which it makes sense to collect client information.

It would be nice if all communication in customer card would transfer over to new store when transferring customer to a different store.

The biggest problem I run into is not being able to get back immediately to another customer profile/card but rather figuring out where it was. It would be great if that could pop open into another window instead of having it disappear once I open up another person or portion of the website.
