On The customer card, it mentioned how many days the lead came in and how long they've been in engaged. Now with the new update, that has been taken away. It is so helpful to know how many days its been as its a quick and easy tool to use to know when to send out your own opt-in text at 10 days, know when the 30, 60, and 90 days are up.

I would like for the lead/ deal open or closed to still show the number of days open. It really helps BDC agents know how long they have been in contact with customers in real time. I see at the bottom when it has been created but consumers go online often and we keep up with that. Also, if the deal has been open longer then 100 days I let the customer know. We also use the days open number when we close deals.

- How frequently do BDC agents need to access the number of days a lead has been open?
- Are there specific thresholds for the number of days open that trigger different actions or notifications?
- Would it be helpful to have a summary report of leads open for more than a certain number of days?
