It would be great to be able to see the percentage completion of a workplan from previous days. Or to be able to see the number of assigned tasks on a previous day in order to compare that to completed tasks.

When you click into a metric in Standard/Advanced Reporting to view the list, add an option to download that list

It would be great to have a live BDC dashboard with daily & month-to-date dashboards like phone calls, emails, appointments set, shown, sold.. Along with goals for each of those categories.

The email and text impersonation is only available on the standard activity report, not the custom reports.

Please allow ability to select employees as a filter for the Daily Activity "Live" report.

Currently, our Sales Managers have no ability to choose only relevant users' stats when viewing the Daily Activity Report, instead having to sort through other managers and departments' numbers to find what they want. Mirroring the filtering capacity of the same report in NON-live status (minus timeframe selection) would solve the problem.

In the reports, there is only an option download - it would help to print in the style/format it is in on the screen

Using the Lead Engaged Report we can see days to engagement but it would be beneficial to see this broken down by Business Hours and After Hours.

It would be nice to have a report that can be generated to show which desking managers discount from the online pricing that is pulled from our DMS. Would like to see average discounts given and per deal discount given.
