It would be great to have a live BDC dashboard with daily & month-to-date dashboards like phone calls, emails, appointments set, shown, sold.. Along with goals for each of those categories.

Shelby Parker It definitely needs to be updated in real-time so a BDC manager can keep the team accountable throughout the day and not get to the end of the day and realize goals have not been met.

Mark Figueredo I agree; the BDC dashboard must be a dynamic, real-time tool. I think it should offer a comprehensive view of communication metrics, and appointment performance. I feel that tracking individual agent performance through clear visualizations, such as leaderboards, is helpful for both motivation and targeted support. Also capturing and analyzing no-show reasons and response times are good for process improvement. Ultimately, I think the goal should be to create a dashboard that delivers actionable insights, empowering us managers to make informed, data-driven decisions to optimize the BDC's contribution to sales growth. The abilitly to hold your team accountable for shortcomings are paramount to ensure effective communication.
