It would be nice to have a report that can be generated to show which desking managers discount from the online pricing that is pulled from our DMS. Would like to see average discounts given and per deal discount given.

- Can you provide more details on the specific data points you would like to see in the report, apart from average discounts and per deal discount?
- How frequently would you like this report to be generated - daily, weekly, monthly, or on-demand?
- Would you like this report to be accessible to all desking managers or only to certain roles within your organization?

Shelby Parker main data we would like to track is the starting price pulled from our DMS vs the final selling price shown as "discount given".
As far as how frequently i think all of the options you mentioned would be great. Daily at first and then as managers are held responsible might not need them as frequently.
All desking managers as well as anyone with admin, GSM or GM roles should be able to get this report.
