Custom Reports - Add Email or Text Impersonation Metric

The email and text impersonation is only available on the standard activity report, not the custom reports.

Any time you impersonate someone through text or email it should be added to your own text/email metric. Or there should be a column of it's own for custom Activity Report. This provides more accurate data on who is actually attempting to reach the customer.
