Currently, our Sales Managers have no ability to choose only relevant users' stats when viewing the Daily Activity Report, instead having to sort through other managers and departments' numbers to find what they want. Mirroring the filtering capacity of the same report in NON-live status (minus timeframe selection) would solve the problem.

Hey Nick Degnan, thanks for your feedback! Following up on this:
- What specific filter options would be most useful for your needs in live reports?
- How frequently do you use live reports, and in what context?
- Are there any specific data points or metrics you would like to filter by in the live reports?

- The same filters that you are able to apply when you toggle off of live mode. For example, user and user type in the daily activity live report.
- Daily to monitor dealership performance and daily for accountability
- No need to add or adjust data points or metrics. Simply add the filters already available into the live view.

Hiya Adam Miller, thanks for this post! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific user types should be included in the sorting options for the Live Daily Activity Report?
- Are there any specific metrics or data points that should be prioritized when filtering by user type?
- How frequently do Sales Managers need to access this filtered data in the Live Daily Activity Report?

- The big two would be salespeople and BDC, as both departments' supervisors will often do checkouts with their staff at the end of the day.
- We're thinking about objectively recorded but otherwise invisible-to-the-managers productivity (NOT reported productivity), so calls made, emails sent texts sent, and videos sent would be the most important.
- This is accessed once for each salesperson, at the end of their shift, when the manager is checking them out.
