Hi there!!! It would be extremely helpful if we could import lists or CSV files into the CRM. GM has several different manifest each month and it would be beneficial and give us a way to track that the follow up in indeed being done. Think about it, please. Thank you!

As a user, I would like to be able to select email as an authentication (MFA/2FA) option when logging into the CRM. Additionally, I would like to be able to select from available options during the login process, such as the ability to select Authentication App rather than SMS during the login process.

Create a process for lease buyouts including continued follow from first date of lease. stopping current follow up when a lease is bought.

It would be useful to have a business card or digital business card feature in here to send to clients rather than just sending a pic of a business card.

I realize Drive is using a 3rd party provider for their LMS, and it is a pretty good one but would like the ability to see who has completed training ongoing. I would imagine the 3rd party LMS has the ability to report on users' progress and completion but Drive is not paying for such features? Regardless, training and education is one of the pillars of a successful CRM so would love to see this added by Drive as an ongoing feature of their tools. I have yet to see an LMS of any level not be able to report on users especially in this case where Drive credentials are used to access Drive U. Thanks.

Allow desk documents to be signed with e-signatures using iPads, standing alone and separate from any digital retailing tool in development.

Customer put lead in while in store and I cannot complete it without doing a touch point.... Seems a little silly.

Right now in our store settings we have three external links, one for appointments, one for delivery board, and one for leaderboard. It would be nice (and should be fairly simply) to have an external link for "Sold" not delivered.
