Hi there!!! It would be extremely helpful if we could import lists or CSV files into the CRM. GM has several different manifest each month and it would be beneficial and give us a way to track that the follow up in indeed being done. Think about it, please. Thank you!

Forecasting
When we used VinSolutions, we had a report that forecasted our sales for the month based on our daily sales. We could log in at any point in the month and get a general ballpark for how we will close the month out.

Broader Customer Search
There should be more results in customer search by vehicle, including model, year model, VIN, etc. A filter would be great!!!

Drive University User Reporting
I realize Drive is using a 3rd party provider for their LMS, and it is a pretty good one but would like the ability to see who has completed training ongoing. I would imagine the 3rd party LMS has the ability to report on users' progress and completion but Drive is not paying for such features? Regardless, training and education is one of the pillars of a successful CRM so would love to see this added by Drive as an ongoing feature of their tools. I have yet to see an LMS of any level not be able to report on users especially in this case where Drive credentials are used to access Drive U. Thanks.

Bulk reassign/remove users associated with deal
Should be able to reassign users or remove users in bulk, we have both BDC and sales listed on files but am being told can only reassign from within store setting and bulk reassigns ALL customers associated with that individual. We want to do this for users individually on the deal. Meaning, the ability to reassign just the BDC and leave salesperson in tact or vice a versa. And the ability to pick which deals to reassign. Not have to choose all deals.

Location Maps
can we add a location distance tracker?, automatically for customer we have their zip code DC should be able to let us know how far away/time/route they will need to take to make it to the dealer, thank you.

Column for Customer Tags
It would be extremely helpful if we were able to add a column to view Customer Tags when looking at different lists. Specifically when looking at Service Leads.

Duplicate Dashboard for Bulk Review
When someone ignores the possible duplicates, it clears it from showing up at the top of the customer card unless you go into the dropdown and search duplicates. It is too time consuming to check this for every customer we review. A lot of duplicates get ignored if someone isn't sure or if a salesperson doesn't want to risk splitting a deal..... It would be very helpful to keep our data clean to have a feature that would allow us to see a list of all possible duplicates so we can review them in bulk. Our previous CRM had this feature and it was something that we cleaned up very often.
