MFA/2FA: Add Additional Authorization Methods

As a user, I would like to be able to select email as an authentication (MFA/2FA) option when logging into the CRM. Additionally, I would like to be able to select from available options during the login process, such as the ability to select Authentication App rather than SMS during the login process.

We’re excited to announce Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is now available via text, authentication app, or email starting.
With this update, you can:
-Choose to receive your Multi-Factor Authentication code via text, email or authentication app at login
-Enjoy the same security with more flexibility in how you access DriveCentric

We need alternative MFA options for situations. This morning, I had a Manager unable to log in because her phone broke and she has one being overnighted to her. Work goes on and she needs to be able to login and handle business. Thankfully, we found a work around and using another person's phone but this is less secure than having an alternative like email etc.

When creating a new user, a cell phone number is required. I think there needs to be an alternative option for multi factor authentication. There are instances where your phone may be dead or otherwise not working and it shouldn't prevent you from accessing the system. In our case, it was a single login for multiple users and we wanted to use Google Voice or email and that is currently not an option.

- What alternative methods of multi-factor authentication would you prefer besides Google Voice or email?
- How often do you encounter situations where the phone is not available for authentication?
- Would you like the option to set multiple backup authentication methods for different scenarios?

This is an ongoing issue and users, again, could not get in Drive Centric yesterday due to this. This issue is hindering us from doing our jobs. There has got to be an alternative option. Is there an update on what the hold up is?

The added email option is critical for a seamless workflow in the event of a loss of mobile device or cell tower outages. This additional feature would keep business as usual with our focus on customers.

What do we do in the event we lose our phone and cant login to Drive because of the confirmation code? Can we add an alternate number or Email as a back up login?
