Duplicate Dashboard for Bulk Review

When someone ignores the possible duplicates, it clears it from showing up at the top of the customer card unless you go into the dropdown and search duplicates. It is too time consuming to check this for every customer we review. A lot of duplicates get ignored if someone isn't sure or if a salesperson doesn't want to risk splitting a deal.....
It would be very helpful to keep our data clean to have a feature that would allow us to see a list of all possible duplicates so we can review them in bulk. Our previous CRM had this feature and it was something that we cleaned up very often.

Can we please create a report or way to view all leads that have potential duplicates so that we can clean it up and organize it. Thanks
Shelby Parker
Great to hear your perspective, Devin Walker! I have a few more questions for you:
- What criteria should be used to identify potential duplicate leads?
- How frequently would you like this report to be generated or updated?
- Are there specific fields or data points that should be included in the duplicate leads report?

Real-Time Duplicate Lead Notification – View in Today's Lead Tab

When a duplicate lead comes in, we currently get a mention, but once someone clicks on it, it disappears completely. I’d like duplicate leads to remain visible in the leads for the day, just like new ones. Often, these customers were shopping months ago and have now re-engaged, but once the duplicate is clicked, it’s gone, making it difficult to track. The person who clicked may or may not have followed up, and no one else can see it. We need better checks and balances on duplicate leads. If I can’t easily find and review them daily, we need to add that capability.

Hey Tony Gomez, thanks for your feedback! I have a few more questions for you:
- How often do duplicate leads re-engage after several months, and how critical is it to track these leads separately from new ones?
- What specific information or indicators would you find most useful to have visible for duplicate leads in the daily leads tab?
- Are there any specific scenarios or examples where missing a duplicate lead has impacted your follow-up process or sales outcomes?

Shelby Parker Hope this helps answer your questions.
- It's common to find another account/profile that may have some slight changes that is reengaged customer.
- A dedicated page or function that shows all flagged duplicates in DriveCentric with filters. (Example: Creation time frame, duplicate %)
- Duplicate profiles, multiple sales people, duplicate efforts, separate conversations, poor customer experience.

I've had problems in the past with spouses, you have to clear a duplicate to create a new lead with a spouse with same emails/addresses etc, I wish there was a way with dupe leads to open up the lead without clearing all dupe leads so the spouse doesn't disappear

Great to hear your perspective, Hannah Elliott! I have a few more questions for you:
- How frequently do you encounter duplicate entries in your current workflow?
- What specific criteria or attributes should be used to identify duplicates in your system?
- Can you describe any specific features from your previous CRM's duplicate resolution tool that were particularly useful?
