Hi there!!! It would be extremely helpful if we could import lists or CSV files into the CRM. GM has several different manifest each month and it would be beneficial and give us a way to track that the follow up in indeed being done. Think about it, please. Thank you!

This is a need. Auto Show leads will be coming in shortly and there will be hundres of clients we will need to upload into the CRM. Not having this functionality will leave us short handed having people manually enter them in for days.

OEM provides the dealership with Manifest lists from time to time. They could be owners in our area that have leases expiring and special offers for these people. We would like to be able to import these people to market to.

What format are the spreadsheets typically in (e.g., CSV, Excel)?
How frequently do you receive these manifest lists from the OEM?

We need to be able to upload special lists as campaigns, such as manufacturer manifests so that we can do bulk emailing and call campaigns and keep all the records in our CRM

This is the 1st CRM I've used in 30 years that does not have a way to import prospecting lists to set up marketing campaigns with lead source for tracking. What do we need to do to get this option?
