Yes please! If Drive Centric wants to be able to compete with the big dogs like VinSolutions you need to step up your game! Vin has this capability. This is a no brainer and an essential piece to running a profit center. Every OEM provides lists, these lists need to be able to be imported into our CRM

Hello, I want to address a major concern regarding DriveCentric’s current functionality. The fact that there is no option to import lists or CSV files is unacceptable for a CRM at this level and price point.

In today’s business environment, this feature is not a “nice to have”—it should be a mandatory requirement. For example, we receive multiple manifests from Nissan each month, and without the ability to import them, our team is forced into inefficient workarounds that limit productivity and tracking.

For a system positioned and priced as a premium CRM, the absence of this capability is a critical gap. I strongly urge you to prioritize adding this feature so that the platform can properly support the operational needs of dealerships and partners.

Agreed!! This would be extremely beneficial in regards to recall lists as well so we are able to continue notifying customers about any open recalls they may have on their vehicles.

Chevrolet's current protocol, which mandates the download of manifest lists and subsequent upload to our CRM, presents a significant operational hurdle. Given that DriveCentric lacks this crucial upload functionality, we're compelled to undertake the labor-intensive and error-prone process of manually entering customer data into campaigns. Implementing the capability to directly upload these manifest lists would not only streamline our workflows and enhance data accuracy but also significantly boost our team's efficiency and productivity.

This feature would greatly enhance business across our 10+ accounts. This is a must in our eyes and would love to have available in the next roll out. Thanks for considering!
