Agreed!! This would be extremely beneficial in regards to recall lists as well so we are able to continue notifying customers about any open recalls they may have on their vehicles.

Chevrolet's current protocol, which mandates the download of manifest lists and subsequent upload to our CRM, presents a significant operational hurdle. Given that DriveCentric lacks this crucial upload functionality, we're compelled to undertake the labor-intensive and error-prone process of manually entering customer data into campaigns. Implementing the capability to directly upload these manifest lists would not only streamline our workflows and enhance data accuracy but also significantly boost our team's efficiency and productivity.

This feature would greatly enhance business across our 10+ accounts. This is a must in our eyes and would love to have available in the next roll out. Thanks for considering!

The fact that DriveCentric doesn't have this feature is completely unacceptable. It wouldn't be "really helpful" this is mandatory in today's business environment. This is an overpriced CRM missing key features.

It would be greatly helpful to upload my previous 3000 plus clients so can work and sell again

It would be really helpful if we could import CSV lists into DriveCentric. Our GM gets monthly manifests, and without a way to upload them, it’s tough to track follow up.

This is a need. Auto Show leads will be coming in shortly and there will be hundres of clients we will need to upload into the CRM. Not having this functionality will leave us short handed having people manually enter them in for days.
