For some reason for the last month, it takes much longer for email templates to load. I've checked with my team and it is the same for everyone. It really impacts productivity when it takes 5-10 seconds waiting for an email to populate before you can send it.

Would be nice to for individual sales people to add personal signature without the entire sales force having to do custom signature. Currently, it's an all or nothing. I've been at my dealership for 23 years, while some sales people have been here 6 months.

Be able to preview an email before it is sent.

Need to be able to add images directly into the body of an email and not just as attachments. We should be able to do this through drag and drop or copy and paste.

I would like the ability to send GIFs and Emojis via email.

When we enter in a nickname and use the "tag" for template emails, is there a tag for nickname or can there be one added?
