Would be nice to for individual sales people to add personal signature without the entire sales force having to do custom signature. Currently, it's an all or nothing. I've been at my dealership for 23 years, while some sales people have been here 6 months.

I think individual sales people should be able to create their own signature. Even if that means it needs to be approved by higher ups. One mass signature isnt conducive for every salespersons strategy. I as an Army Veteran want my customers or personal customers to know I am a veteran.

Hello and thank you, everyone, for the feedback! We introduced a new Store Setting that allows dealers to choose their preference for email signatures. It is located in Store Settings -> Email Settings -> Signature Settings and will only be visible and adjustable by Expert Users (CRM Admins).
- Always Use Store Signature (default)
- Use User Signature; if None then Store Signature is Used
When the "Use User Signature; if None then Store Signature is Used" option is selected, the personal email signature that a user sets in My Settings → Email Signatures will be used; and if no personal email signature is set then the dealer's email signature that is set in Store Settings → Email Settings → Signature will be used as the email signature for those users.

As of now, managers cannot let one user personalize their email signature without making all of the organizations users make one for them self. I am proposing a feature change to allow users to select if they want to use the store signature, OR create their own personalized email signature. This will let users differentiate themselves and it's a little more personalized for our clients as well. Specifically I want to be able to add a photo of myself so clients can put a name to the face and recognize me when they arrive at the store.

Would love this to be a feature for our Sales Department as well. The "all or nothing" method for the email signature seems like a modern feature that should be added. The salespeople that want to be creative in their email signature and add photos or a slogan should be able to do that.

Why can't there be a default signature in everyone's profile that can then be altered (or not) as each person sees fit?
