i would like to be able to snooze deal until wish list is fulfilled

My wife brought my Edge in for service and once service logged her in with the vehicle information, it was removed from my profile. I can no longer see the vehicle or any details in the sales system. The deal details are no longer showing.

Sometimes a customer wants to trade in two or more vehicles when purchasing a new one. I would like to have the ability to add more than one trade to an active deal. The current process does not allow to add more than one trade in.

Universal settings for the customer card where we can adjust the boxes/sections that show. We do not use every section, and it just clogs up the card with what we do use.

Clients sometimes are looking for a very specific model, feature, color on both new and pre owned. the Wish List does not cut it. It will alert only on a few items and every sales staff is different with memory - some remember names some don't - so how about creating a # tag for the notes that are searchable - so that way - when we do see a car that matches expectation, we do not have to go down the list of over thousands of clients to look for that 1 clients, a # tag will funnel down to lot lesser number and then memory can take over or we can give other clients a try for the car that we have.. thank you !

the nickname field erases when a sold deal is pushed from our DMS (Tekion) back to Drive Centric. This is erasing data that has been there over multiple car deals but now is disappearing. Please lock this field

Would like the ability to move vehicles up and down under the vehicle tab on the side bar.

There is no alert when a document is uploaded in the portal link

If a customer has no middle name, Drive Centric is automatically putting the word NONE in the middle name section by default. I we really need that to change to leaving that field completely blank. It is happening to much now and the ones we don't catch are causing contract issues with the bank and can cost us a deal.

Add the option to change the default message and lock it from editing
