Hi, is there a way on the customers main profile area where it shows the year make and model, the stock number can be copied when hovered over.. Is there a way to change that from stock number to the vin number please? I feel like the stock number is never needed to be copied and seems useless.

Steven Salman, thank you for writing in and sorry for the delay. You can copy the VIN when you hover over the vehicle on the Customer Contact Card. Does this satisfy the need?

The vin number is copied a few different times thru out the sales process. I'd say I need to copy the vin number 4 times to put a deal together on a regular basis. It needs to be copied before printing the carfax, the oasis report (recall check), it gets copied when pasting into fmc dealer to pull up the invoice or window sticker, it also gets copied to give to customers on text or email to provide new insurance.
