Can we have an option to add a vehicle to a customer's wishlist if the vehicle is not in stock?

Warren Cox, thank you for writing in. Can I get a little more details on what you would like to see happen? You can add vehicles to a customer's Wish List by clicking the "Add" on the Wish List segment of the Customer Contact Card and adding at least 3 fields. Is that what you mean?

Michele McCoy thank you for your response. I would like to have it similar to what it is now and also be able to include what make, model, year range, trim, package, and interior/exterior color they want. Also if it can notify us as a task or notification in DriveCentric once that vehicle is available or in stock. Thank you very much for your consideration.

Warren Cox: Thank you for the quick response. Great news, you can do all of that and more with the exception of the interior color. And under My Settings just make sure "Wish List Vehicle Matched" is enabled and you will receive a notification any time there is a match with your store's inventory.

- What specific information would you like to be included when a vehicle is added to a customer's wishlist?
- How would you like to be notified when a vehicle from the wishlist becomes available?
- Would you like the wishlist feature to be accessible to customers directly, or managed internally by dealership staff?
