Ability to exclude vehicles with no trade-in on templates. For example, we have an auto email that goes out to customers to follow up after their showroom visit. In this email, we want to mention the trade in value and seeing if the customer is still interested in trading in (with hopes that they will still sell us their trade even if they decide to not purchase from us). The email doesn't make sense if the customer doesn't have a trade. We see the option to include customers if they do have a trade, but we don't see the option to exclude customers from getting the auto email and the auto email to not populate to them if they don't have a trade.
