Have the ability to restart the task workflow on a deal

I would very much like to be able to restart a workflow or re-enter a workflow at any point. For example, if a customer engages but then falls out of engagement, I would like to be able to re-instate my original unengaged workflow to have a 30-day follow up instead of having to manually schedule each individual task.

Really hoping we'll get trigger based tasking. I fully agree with what Andrew Potter and Cari Jess Heinz said. We frequently get customers who put in a new lead after a couple weeks of communication and contact tapers off for one reason or another. Then we have leads that end up being 300+ days old with no follow up tasking.

When you merge to what seems like an active profile only to find out that the follow up has since expired, it doesn't populate any new follow up tasks. When there is no active follow up, it should restart the day one follow up schedule.

The system is not very intelligent when it comes to the follow up schedule. When a duplicate comes in that is old, it should allow the manager or user to restart the standard follow up so there is a proper scheduled in place.

Lead processes should re-start when a new lead comes in. Often we get so far into a lead that tasks taper off and then a new lead comes in but the tasks do not start over. It would be nice to start over so we can re-engage the customer on the newest lead.
