Feature Requests

As a user, I would like the ability to customize which desktop sounds I hear without having to mute my tab to hear no sounds at all. I would like to select whether or not I would like sounds for the following alerts: Notifications Leads Genius (if applicable) Unreplied (Messages) In Store Service Leads (if applicable) Reputation (if applicable)

As a Salesperson or BDC user associated with a Deal, I would like to be notified of all incoming emails or texts associated with the Customer and their Deal, not just the emails or texts that are sent to me. For example, if a Manager sends a text to the Customer on a specific Deal, and the Customer responds to that text, I would like to be notified via Notifications (both Desktop & Mobile) that the Customer responded to the text.

When a vehicle's price on an Open Deal is adjusted and a price change email is sent to the customer, populate a notification that there has been a price change email sent to the customer.

As a User, I would like the ability to mark Notifications and Mentions as Unread. Additionally, I would like the ability to sort All Notifications and Mentions by only Unread.

I absolutely detest that the snooze wake up was changed to wake up at the exact time of day that you snoozed it. There was absolutely nothing wrong at all with the snoozes being added first thing the day that they were set to wake up. PLEASE CHANGE BACK THERE!

Give sales people the option to turn off notifications on their phone for all incoming leads but still receive all notifications for personal customer messages. This will mitigate fumble times to virtually nothing.

Currently there is a notification for when a user is added to a deal, we would also like a notification for when a user is removed from a deal
