Filter Notifications

Give sales people the option to turn off notifications on their phone for all incoming leads but still receive all notifications for personal customer messages. This will mitigate fumble times to virtually nothing.

FILTER MESSAGES

When looking at messages or notifications on the far left side, it would be very helpful to have a "filter" option to sort what messages you see. Such as being in internet sales, I would like to filter and only see my team messages to ensure our guests have someone responding to them in a timely fashion if they happen to be busy or off that day. This would be a very effective tool for managers as well I believe.

Hey Mikki Chandler, thanks for your feedback! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific criteria would you like to use for filtering messages (e.g., team member, message type, urgency)?
- How frequently do you need to adjust the filters, and would you prefer preset options or customizable filters?
- Would you like the ability to save and share filter settings with other team members or managers?

Hey All - really excited to walk you through the ability to filter/customize the notifications that you receive via your Notifications Feed, Push Notifications, and Desktop Notifications.

Having the option to select what notifications you want to see would be awesome. I think it's nice to know when a customer opened an email, but I don't want mobile notifications of that as my watch and phone go crazy. On my PC I don't mind it. So the option to choose what mobile and desktop notifications we get would be a nice feature to have.

Filtering Notifications

Looking to filter unread vs read notification.
Example: If you have 30 notifications and you've read first 10 - being able to select unread notifications instead of scrolling through ones you've already read. Useful if you receive many notification in a day or are out of office.

Alert Noises

There are too many alert noises and I dont even know what all of them mean anymore. There should be a way to pick what alerts you want and the ones you dont want. Also maybe an option to choose what the noise is so you dont feel like jamming a pen through your eye every time you hear one. Thanks

Alert Noise Customization

The "checked in" and the "incoming lead" noises are far too similar. We should be able to either change them or turn important ones on and unimportant ones off. Thanks!

This should 100% be implemented! Great idea!
