Customize Desktop Sound Preferences

As a user, I would like the ability to customize which desktop sounds I hear without having to mute my tab to hear no sounds at all. I would like to select whether or not I would like sounds for the following alerts:
- Notifications
- Leads
- Genius (if applicable)
- Unreplied (Messages)
- In Store
- Service Leads (if applicable)
- Reputation (if applicable)

Thank you, Shelby! To answer your questions:
- Grab it, new lead, email opened, text or email received. The main ones we use.
- I do not have any specific sounds to recommend. What happens is you are sitting at your desk, and you hear the same clock ticking all day. Would be great if you could hear a sound and know it's a grab it.
- If you can pre-load 5-10 notification sounds that we can choose from, then we can set our own sound for the grab it and new lead etc.

- Could you specify which alerts you would like to have unique tones for?
- Are there any specific sounds you would prefer for these alerts?
- Would you like the ability to customize these alert tones yourself, or would you prefer pre-set options?

Yes! Also, it's really annoying while trying to listen to a playback of a phone call and the constant pinging over top of it. Half the time you have to rewind the phone call to hear what you just listened to!

From a manager standpoint, I do not need to hear every time a text comes in. I need to hear if a text has not been responded to in an amount of time.... 5 minutes... 10 minutes... 30 minutes... an hour... But right now I hear every one, which isn't effective and gets ignored.

Completely agree! I don't care about customizing so to speak, but to be able to mute or change the volume of the sounds so I don't have my speakers up loud to hear something else that's really quiet, then have a LOUD clap or bing go off in the middle of it. Thank you!
