As a User, I would like the ability to mark Notifications and Mentions as Unread. Additionally, I would like the ability to sort All Notifications and Mentions by only Unread.

I know that we can mark notifications as read. But can we have it set up where we can clear them off of the feed (and possibly have a separate area where we can see cleared notifications)?

Notifications can be scrolled through quickly and used as reminders that actions are needed for customers...most are not needed after initially reading, but many are. The ability to Delete/Ignore individual Notifications (like the option in Messages) would be a very functional feature to add for time efficiency and usefulness

Separate Notification tab for "customer breakdown;" so it gives the option of: All, Mentions, and Customer Breakdown. As a bdc person, this would be very useful as I am already checking all leads as they come in and review all the overnights. Also when there's a day off it adds up quick and the desktop will sometimes only let you scroll so far down on notifications so I miss things anyways! It would be nice to go though the mentions separate from the new lead mentions to save time.

In my opinion and experience, it would be even more helpful to be able to sort them by read. Similarly, I'd like to see all phone calls be able to be sorted by "reached / conversation". These contact points would condense all actual contact and give us a better picture of how this lead is progressing (or not). Thank you.

It would be helpful if when you respond to a notification it acknowledges that you have done so on the previous notifications for that client. Also a way to remove items when completed from the notification would be helpful. Thanks!

Any shot there can be an ignore button on the icon for notifications, I want to see if my customer opened an email , but I do not want to open their profile when I click on it.
