This would help with who should contact a customer when both a BDC agent and Sales Rep are on the deal.

If a customer opt's out of calls, texts, or emails, the task should be removed from the Workplan. I have to manually delete them and they keep generating even after the customer opt'd out.

For example, when trying to send a text opt-in and the system identifies the number to be a landline, the text task should be automatically deleted. Same with customers who have opted-out, the text task should be deleted.

A care call template would be a great add to drive. 4 follow up tasks automatically scheduled after purchase. A day after delivery, two weeks after purchase, 6 months, and a year for just checking in and automatically set from delivered date. Separate tasks for referrals. These warm fuzzy touches will remind them we care before asking for business from them as either repeat or referral customers.

Birthday tasks for Delivered customers only happen 4 years from delivered date. User would like this to continue past the 4 years.

With Pipeline features this request would change two things. Filter Campaigns by source "description", not just the source name. I.E. Carfax sends car leads and sends trade inquiries. The only way you'd know is if you filter down to source description. Second example, BMW FS leads all come in as "BMW" but they could be initiated or non customer initiated leads. We do not want AI / ILM follow up for non customer initiated leads. Option to exclude sources on the whole pipeline so you didn't have to go into each rule and add the filter for the source.

For Business Rules, would be great to have a trigger for when a customer gets checked out of the store.

Need for “Exclude only models” in addition to include only models on workflow filters. All internet workflow is really not setup for commercial van so excluding most of the not engaged workflow by Model would be very helpful.
