I'd estimate we'd see an improvement of BDC productivity by 20%, as our BDC supports 7 stores. Better customer experience if CRM technical handoff was cleaner too. I know we'd see store workplans at 100% completion much sooner in the day as well. (Love to see that happy sun!)

Enthusiastically support this request! Adding an "ignore if SP assigned to deal" would lessen BDC agent workplans ten fold. This would reduce duplicate tasks for stores w/ BDCs. Most stores have an early point of "handoff", this filter would be a game-changer. BDC agents must delete unnecessary tasks daily, this adds up for growing dealer groups.
Adding this feature would result in reduced WP tasks for the store, allowing for time/energy to engage customers and maximize the intended usage of DC's awesome tool.
