If a customer opt's out of calls, texts, or emails, the task should be removed from the Workplan. I have to manually delete them and they keep generating even after the customer opt'd out.

So many great things going for this CRM but this is a bit aggravating and seems like there should be a simple solution. It's literally just some formulas. "If STOP" then delete future text tasks...

I would assume this would be a pretty easy fix. If a customer has opted out or the deal is dead, task should not be generated and for a dead lead all task should be deleted as well. I truly hope someone can take a look at this and put in for a fix.

Can we please add in the feature Ignore if customer opts out of text or email. My Salesman's tasks are so long, and our salesman are having to weed through customers to find the ones that are still good.

Not setting another workplan if not needed/ opt out of text shouldnt be receiving another workplan

I definitely think the tasks should be deleted if the customer opts out of texts or emailing. The system should just recognize when this happens. It would certainly save time rather than asking a manager to clear them out.

I would also want to be notified which customer opts out as well. If your workplan gets overwhelmed while working with engaged customers, it just continues to add tasks and "inflates" the workplan more than it needs to be.
