Would like to have the option of printing all the customer information along with the information of the vehicle they are interested in.

When a customer trades a vehicle they previously bought, the garage should be updated with that info.

Marking a Customer Deceased would remove all Future Follow up and not allow anyone at the store to reach out

How about a "same as buyer" button for insurance like there is for address?

Would be great if we could also see the close real quick on contact card and not only on open tab

Add the ability to add additional dead deal options or edit the existing dead deal options. Instead of having to type common options like. Car is no longer available or customer is not local to us. etc

Being allowed to adjust the date of the visit. When a customer was not checked in to the dealership and we find out the next day or even 3 days later, I want to be able to put a visit in for the correct day.

As an Internet Sales/BDC, I work with many keyboard shortcuts in many different apps. Adding the "Esc" key to close customer cards would be an intuitive shortcut for keyboard-savvy users.

It would be nice to block known shoppers and also rude/lude customers who harass staff members. To have the ability to block emails and phone numbers from CRM. Also you could have a list of these blocked emails and phone number to white list them in the future if customer apologizes for rude/lude acts.

An option to send credit applications to both buyers under "credit app" instead of sending under each profile. Or allow customer to add a co-buyer.
