Being allowed to adjust the date of the visit. When a customer was not checked in to the dealership and we find out the next day or even 3 days later, I want to be able to put a visit in for the correct day.

Please make it so that you can back date customer check in's when they were not checked in before. We have multiple customers who show to appointments for appraisals or to look at vehicles and they are not checked in for one reason or another. Please make it so that we can back date them so that appointment show numbers are correct.

We need to have permission based access to both backdate showroom visit AND appointments. This will lead to a cleaner CRM, reporting etc.

Yes, this is so important! If someone does not catch this and a new month begins, the data is not correct. We should absolutely have the ability to back date store visits, as well as appointments!

This would be very useful as we know that salespeople don't always enter a showroom visit as they should.
