THERE IS A CREDIT APP BUTTON IN CUSTOMER CARD. IT WOULD BE GREAT TO BE ABLE TO PRINT THAT APP, WITHOUT PUSHING TO ROUTE 1/ DEALERTRACK.

It'd be nice if there were an easy function to print the customer activity log, sometimes it's nice to have it on paper

Hiya Mike Whelan, thanks for this post! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific information from the credit app needs to be included in the printable version?
- How frequently do you anticipate using the printable credit app feature?
- Are there any specific formatting requirements for the printed credit app?

Shelby Parker a as we aren’t pushing anything over to route one, iiit would be great for the sales person to be able to print out an application and give it to us and it’d be legible then we can submitt

Would like to have the option of printing all the customer information along with the information, VOI and most recent interactions. We like to use features like this for hand offs between salespeople and managers etc.

Hey Jack Wise, thanks for your feedback! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific information from the customer activity log is most important to include in the printout?
- How frequently do you anticipate needing to print customer activity logs?
- Are there any specific formats or templates you prefer for the printed customer activity log?

1- customer contact, address, name. Plus any/all communications or notes.
2- not super regularly, but right now it's a bulky task when the computer/browser tries to format it for printing, doesn't look nice and usually will only print what's actively showing on the screen, not previous notes/communications that you have to scroll to see
3- it could look just like it does on-screen, just printed into one document rather than having to scroll & print for each page

We need the ability to print or export the customer details with all correspondents for legal purposes. This taking screenshots makes no sense. We need timestamps and what is said

Ability to print or download customer profile including all communication.

It would be great if we have the ability to print or save as PDF of the customer profile, including name, address, phone numbers, email addresses and all communication, starting with the day the lead was opened. We review all internet leads to verify they have all been converted by our OEM (MINI and BMW) and sometimes we're asked to provide that so they can verify the lead matches their records for day/time the lead was received, the initial information of the client and how the lead has been updated and followed up on. Currently there is no way to do that unless we take multiple screenshots, which makes it difficult to follow and upload.

Download Conversation with a customer

Kristen Long
We need to be able download conversations for a customer. In the State of CA, if a customer asks for all communications between us and them, we have to send them over to them. Also situations where we have to take a car back or fight a customer for down payment in court we tried to collect, we have to provide the communications. Currently, no way to do this besides screen shots which is super time consuming
Shelby Parker
Thank you for posting, Kristen Long! I have a few more questions for you:
- What format would be most useful for downloading the conversations (e.g., PDF, text file)?
- How frequently do you anticipate needing to download these conversations?
- Are there any specific data privacy or security requirements we should consider when implementing this feature?
