We would like to be able to print the logs from a customer profile instead of taking 1000 screenshots if we ever need to have a printed out copy of conversations and back end actions. We use this for Training purposes and to present possible issue to our support teams. the 1000 screenshots suck to send in an email when we could just get a downloaded version of all the logs on a customer. or led or whatever section.

- All logs from a delivered deal or a customers profile.
- We use this regularly, to inspect training and other instances that may need review with support or deeper management assistance. 3-4 TIMES A WEEK MINIMUM
3.Honestly a printed text format is totally find with a time stamp user and what it was. It does not have to be pretty it just needs to be accurate to what we see on screen. Phone calls and emails that were sent dont need to be shown in detail, they just need to be recorded that an email was sent at that time and maybe the same as the preview being shown. Unless we could include those in another way, which would be way better but understand the ask on that is much higher.

Shelby Parker | 1.) PDF; 2.) Maybe once or twice per week; 3.) Ideally it would look like a giant screenshot that captures the entire activity/communication history. Like when you print or save an email conversation.

I would like to be able to send my customers birthday cards or christmas cards and it would be easier if there was a way to print customer information card or print all customer addresses options instead of having to manually write them all down in a spread sheet etc.
