Feature Requests

We would like a way to add a vehicle brochure to an email template. It would be based off of the vehicle of interested that the customer send the initial lead in on. If there is no vehicle selected, then the brochure would not have to be added.

Can we set a token where it has greetings based on the time of day the message is being sent? Like we put "Good #timeofday" and it fills in morning, afternoon, evening, etc?

It will be very useful when you offer restricted email templates that may only be used by selected individuals.

Can we add a feature to create templates for NOTES on a guest page.

We need more appointment tokens! We should be able to write out the appointment day and date instead of just having the XX/XX/XXXX token format. When sending an appointment confirmation it would be better to send out "Tuesday, August 8, 2023" instead of just 08/08/2023.

I feel that would be helpful so we wouldn't have to go back into the email template to do so.

I would love the option to re arrange the drop down for email templates. So the ones I use most are at the top!

Unable to see or use a token code (#DV_Source) for Source / Sub source details when creating templates.

If we could have an option to make our own templates, this would not only save us time typing long paragraphs out over and over again, or give the customer a quicker response, but would be good way to utilize the savviest ways to word a lot of replies for common objections that not everyone can get past as often because they don't want to or don't have the time to type everything out, especially when slammed so they just give a quick answer or response that leaves the conversation dead instead of keeping their interest peaked and getting them in the door.

It would be so helpful to have a tool when building a template to allow us to see what we would have to alter to ensure delivery to the client's primary inbox and their not spam inbox.
