If we could have an option to make our own templates, this would not only save us time typing long paragraphs out over and over again, or give the customer a quicker response, but would be good way to utilize the savviest ways to word a lot of replies for common objections that not everyone can get past as often because they don't want to or don't have the time to type everything out, especially when slammed so they just give a quick answer or response that leaves the conversation dead instead of keeping their interest peaked and getting them in the door.
