Personal Emails & Text Templates in My Settings

If we could have an option to make our own templates, this would not only save us time typing long paragraphs out over and over again, or give the customer a quicker response, but would be good way to utilize the savviest ways to word a lot of replies for common objections that not everyone can get past as often because they don't want to or don't have the time to type everything out, especially when slammed so they just give a quick answer or response that leaves the conversation dead instead of keeping their interest peaked and getting them in the door.

Give salesperson the ability to add their own "Quick Responses" in My Settings so they can have templates written in their own voice (if desired), rather than storewide templates that sound generic.

Crystal Gosselin Thank you for the feature request! Ray is absolutely correct, creating email templates is a permission! I would get with you store's admin to add some templates for you! Shawn Goebel I think what Crystal may be asking for, as well as myself, is for salespeople to have the ability to create their own private templates without having access to the entire store's templates. While asking for an admin's help can work, it's seems more efficient for this to be something sales reps can do on their own whenever they need to.

This is already a feature that is controlled by management permissions.
