Adjust the task view to show a calendar view to click on that day to view the tasks due for that day. This would help see past due tasks, current tasks, and what future tasks look like. It would just overall be better organized from a calendar view than just a long drawn out list of tasks to be done.

It would be preferable if we could set it up where a task does not show as "overdue" until at least 24 hours old. When reviewed by management, it comes off as if we are not doing our jobs, even if the tasks just fired.

Can you please add an option to reassign tasks for the day to 1 person all at once instead of manually having to go in and reassign one at a time?

I would like to be able to send a phone, email, or video task to a group of employees that are assigned to a team or multiple teams. For example, I do a customer mining list for UnSold Leads and want to send a phone task to the sales managers to reach out.

When a person is off, our team completes their tasks. The system should automatically clear the task if the task has been completed regardless of who completes it. Example: A sales manager calls the customer the day after the visit. The task should clear for the salesman since the sales manager has already spoken with them.

It would be cool to have an alert pop up for customers who have requested a call at a different time. Kind of like an alarm that goes off 5 minutes before you are supposed to call the customer so it doesn't get lost in your work plan.

Looking for a way to view all tasks due for an entire team without having to click into each team member to go through those tasks individually by rep. As a BDM, being able to see all tasks due for the entire team would be very helpful.

When a touchpoint is created it is set for only the primary buyer. If for example, the Co-Buyer reaches out to you and you want to keep communicating with them it does not clear the task. Just make it so the touchpoints clear if either buyer or Co-Buyer are contacted etc.

When you are in a TEAM workplan and open up an individual's plan, it would be so great if there was an arrow to take you to the NEXT salesperson's workplan so you can run through them all without having to page back to the page with all of the workplans :)

When I have a customer looking for something specific that isn't in inventory at that time, I want to be able to set a recurring weekly/biweekly/monthly/etc. task without marking them as sold or having to edit an existing task
