Reminder Tasks Trigger a Notification

It would be cool to have an alert pop up for customers who have requested a call at a different time. Kind of like an alarm that goes off 5 minutes before you are supposed to call the customer so it doesn't get lost in your work plan.

Task reminder notifications

I set myself a task reminder yesterday morning for later in the afternoon, totally forgot I had done so, but also look now and it had appeared in my workplan but with as many tasks as we handle it was lost in the mess. If there's a way for your team to set it up to notify us at the time of our set task that would be very helpful!

Hiya Jaimeson Henning, thanks for this post! I have a few more questions for you:
- What type of notification would be most helpful for you (e.g., email, SMS, app notification)?
- Would you like the option to set multiple reminders for a single task?
- Is there a specific time frame before the task is due when you would like to receive the notification?

Having a notification option through drive centric that we can set to remind us to do something via our cell phones, so we can work on the go.

Dedicated Custom Reminders that send timed notifications to cell.

I'd like the ability to schedule a reminder, but not an appointment or a task, and I'd like it to arrive as a notification to my cell.
See, if I schedule a fake appointment, I get the notification to my cell phone which is great but then my sales managers think I have an appointment that I really don't have.
If I schedule a task, and like in this case, it's for my day-off, then I won't get any notification whatsoever on my phone.
I need some kind of middle ground. The option to set a reminder to do something simple like contacting a customer back. Something that will arrive on my cell as a notification/..

Thank you for posting, Gabriel Hosteller! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific actions would you like to be reminded about on your cell phone?
- How far in advance would you like to receive these reminders?
- Would you like the ability to customize the content of the reminder notifications?

Pop up notifications for Tasks

Specifically looking for pop ups at the time of notification. Say I make a task to call a customer at 3pm, the notification should pop up at 3pm so I am aware of the time and request of task.

That would be cool! Not for all tasks but if there was an option to select for it to do the pop up would be great. Things get hectic throughout the day and it would be nice for a pop up reminder when you are busy.

Hey Nicole Araujo, thanks for your feedback! I have a few more questions for you:
- Would you like the pop-up notification to include any specific details about the task?
- Do you want the notification to persist on the screen until you dismiss it or should it disappear after a certain amount of time?
- Should there be any additional actions you can take directly from the notification (e.g., mark task as complete, snooze the notification, etc.)?

Shelby Parker The pop up would have the "comment" that was attached when creating it. It should stay up until the task has been marked completed or snoozed. This should apply for only the tasks that were created by the user not the system, as many users have automatic tasks that may become overbearing if all simultaneously appeared.
