Feature Requests

On the new Live Dashboard it isn't possible to change the date range to look at reports for previous days or longer periods of time. I'd like to be able to do that with like we are able to to with the LiveBoard that will be sunsetted. If you click into the opportunities or activities on the LiveBoard, the user hase the ability to change the date range. This isn't so on the new Live Dashboard, and it's an essential functionality.

We recently lost access to Internet Reports for other stores in our group. I use this function weekly and need it back please.

I would love to have the option added for the timer on overnight leads to start from the point when they are dispersed to the salesman the next morning. Currently the timer starts when it enters the manager lead bucket. This is causing leads to show as fumbled when in reality, nothing can be done with the lead during off hours.

It is throwing the Dashboard off from the day. It will show 7 visits and XX sold so it will look like our closing % is off and it's not.

When a manager impersonates the sales person via text it gives the sales person credit for the text count which leads to false reporting on the sales staff's true outbound efforts. This should be reflected in the Sales Managers activity.

It would be great for my management staff to still be able to run the standard reports and view all locations without giving them access to the other locations. I have GMs that will run the report to see where they compare on certain measurements and I didn't have to give them access to other locations. Until we can change permissions based on their primary location this would be helpful. This was a recent update to the system that now they can only see their dealership.

I would like to see an option where all SOLD guests are listed in SOLD tab only. Therefore when I go to check visits, I'm able to quickly see who DID NOT buy and focus on that.

I think it is important to have distinction between Inbound and Outbound calling in Daily Activity. Inbound is a measure of customer activity whereas Outbound is a true measure of salesperson Activity. The same could be said for Email and Text activity, needs to be separated by Inbound and Outbound in the Activity Reporting. Thanks.

Add a Total row at the bottom of the Advanced: Source Report that will add all of the above when by per store and all stores together.

Column totals on Daily Activity report would be nice.
