Manager Impersonating Text Should Not Reflect Sales Person Text Count

When a manager impersonates the sales person via text it gives the sales person credit for the text count which leads to false reporting on the sales staff's true outbound efforts. This should be reflected in the Sales Managers activity.

Hi Garrett, thanks for the feedback! Which report are you referring to here? We recently made a change in the Standard Activity Report so that it works the way you're describing - the manager would get credit for a text where they impersonated a sales person. Are you seeing something different?

Thank you for posting, Garrett Dube! I have a few more questions for you:
- How frequently does the manager impersonate the sales person for texting purposes?
- What specific metrics or reports are affected by the current text count issue?
- Would you prefer a separate report for manager activities or an adjustment in the existing sales person report?
