Restore standard reporting view to see all locations no matter store access

It would be great for my management staff to still be able to run the standard reports and view all locations without giving them access to the other locations. I have GMs that will run the report to see where they compare on certain measurements and I didn't have to give them access to other locations. Until we can change permissions based on their primary location this would be helpful. This was a recent update to the system that now they can only see their dealership.

Hi Brittany, thanks for the feedback! Standard and Advanced reports allow users to drill into reporting metrics and access customer cards, so giving a user access to a store reporting effectively gives them access to that store's customers.
That's why we limited report access to only stores that the user has access to already - with the idea that if it's ok for a user to view a store's customers, they'd have access to that store anyway.
Open to further feedback here!

Jacob Coleman Rebecca's response below is perfect. My GMs use the report at the enterprise level to control consistency and check for any issues. Before reaching out to our marketing department for example, they will check the report and see if the other stores are also down in leads, appts, etc. And they will be able to pace themselves on the same OEM dealerships in our group based on levels of activities and such. I see where the concern is, but I have luckily not ran into an issue with staff taking the access for granted and they are specifically using it to measure success and consistency on a number level not to take customers. Thank you for looking into this.

If not restoring fully, would be great to make enterprise reporting permission based so we can decide who can and cannot access that information. It is definitely helpful for competitive stores and drives them to push their teams further.

Hello Brittany Ouellette! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific metrics or measurements do the GMs need to compare across locations?
- How frequently do the management staff need to access reports for all locations?
- Are there any specific security concerns or compliance requirements related to viewing data from multiple locations?
