Store Visibility On Appointment Report

I am under a larger dealer group, and do not manage all of the stores in my Enterprise group. I would like to be able to hide/not see the stores I do not manage in my Appointment report. That way the data I am seeing is not too overwhelming to look at.

Hi Jared! Are you referring to the Appointment Report in Standard/Advanced reports, or the Appointments screen (the calendar icon on the menu bar)?

Jacob Coleman I am referring to the Appointments report I have in 'the mountains' on the menu bar. I believe it was built just for us, so I was hoping you could suppress or remove certain stores that I do not manage. I have attached a photo of the report I am referring to.

Jared Thanks for clarifying! Ad-Hoc Reports do not have the ability to filter to a subset of stores that you have access to, but the Standard Appointment Report includes all of those data points, and does allow you to filter to only the stores that you want to see, and even save that filter as your default view for that report!

Jacob Coleman is there any way to alphabetize the store in that report?

Jared Horton: Yes! just click on the "Store" header at the far left of the report.

Jacob Coleman I just realized that that report IS NOT live. That really doesn't help me out for what I am doing. Are there any plans to make that report live?
