We need to be able to click into the reporting numbers so we can see the raw data that goes into each number.

i.e. if I impersonate "John Smith" the activity report shows that as a message sent by John, not me. And there's no separate category I can find to see how many messages I sent impersonating someone. So it looks like I'm sending fewer messages than I really am. This makes it difficult to accurately gauge a rep's activity.

I would like to see a 'Total' row added to all Standard & Advanced Reports.

I cannot seem to find currently that there is a report that tracks "Sales Generated Appts" closing ratio. It would be nice if this could be a added item under the "activity report" screen. I do want to be clear, this is not just for any appt a sales rep makes but only "Sales" appointments, not delivery, not general, just sales appts. This will help improve our understand of their closing ratio on their unsold appts. Right now it appears there is no clear way in any report to have quick access to this.

This exists to an extent but I would like to see all main sources of traffic in one place. Showroom Traffic, Phone Traffic, Campaigns and Internet Leads. It should show New car lead numbers and Used car lead numbers, Appt & Closing % on Both and then combined totals. It should be like this for each main source of traffic. All in one place together. Makes like easier to see all the traffic separate if you want it that way but as a whole if you want the big picture
