Particularly for measuring the engagement of sales managers, being able to see how many @'s to the team a user completes is important.
Would love to see a report with how well employees are checking their internal notifications when being mentioned (@) and that they are responding to their teammates.

I would like to be able to see who i've @ for each day. I call managers or sales staff for a request, if they aren't able to complete it in that moment, I will @ them. Sometimes, two days later they call me and ask why I called them. I can't remember why but I know I made an @. However, they are so buried in @s, they don't see the one I made for them.

I would love to see a Tags and Mentions summary report to enforce the process. Its a great feature if managed well. Unfortunately it doesnt work if you cant get everyone to check the bell.
