This has been completed! You're now able to see a "Total" row at the bottom of any Standard/Advanced report when comparing by Store, providing easy visibility of Enterprise performance.

When pulling reports with certain representatives in it, have a second total option that adds those reps numbers together since the store totals don't always match with the reps numbers.

Hi Katie, which report are you referring to in particular?

Jacob Coleman any of the reports you build (not standard/advanced reporting). It will give a store total, however if you pull BDC users their total does not match the store totals because they're not the only ones setting appointments for the store.

Hi JD! Thanks for the feature request! When viewed at the Store level, the Standard Internet Lead report includes all of the information shown in the source report for ALL internet lead sources (total). Does that solve what you're looking for?
