Feature Requests

The new update you added to sending videos makes the task more time consuming and confusing. The feature of sending your own message is nice and makes it personal. However the extra steps of finding the correct customer, the correct contact info, and then typing a message to send takes up time. Please simplify this process. Thanks

I would like to be able to add any stips from the mobile app. ex... poi, por, insurance cards, dl.

Fire Genious from the mobile app needs to be an option at least for managers

The ability to send a quick credit application to a customer via the mobile app would be a great tool for salesmen. You already have all other features available so if I customer calls in and a salesmen is away from their desk or office they can easily send an app with a quick click and then check customer in to the store for the desking manager to beging working.

We are unable to impersonate the BDC agent and send a video shot by our videographer.

As a Manager I would like to be able to delete tasks from the app not just a pc. If I reassign a new internet lead to another salesman it still leaves a task for the old salesman. I need to either be able to delete that task or not have it leave a duplicate task.

As a User on the Mobile App, I would like the ability to impersonate ("Send As") another User when sending an email or text message, just like I can do on the Desktop. **this function is permission-based
