Preston Allerheiligen Thank you for the feature request! This is already possible! Once the Reminder task has fired for you, you can tap and hold the task and you'll see the options to Mark Complete, Edit or Delete. I hope this helps! Thank you!

we have 6months, 1,2,3 year anniversary reminders(task) to send something to the customer, "Check to see if Registration is here", Happy Birthday, ect.. either personal task or lead/customer follow up. ues complete as mark done. at any time.. its more of something that I should be able to complete whenever from the mobile device.. example, I sitting out on the lot and send a birthday text, I should be able to complete the reminder on the mobile app.. right now have to go log into the desk top to complete reminder.. more of a hassle to clear work plan

Thanks for the suggestion, Preston Allerheiligen — totally hear you on wanting to knock out reminders right from the mobile app. To make sure we’re designing this the right way, can you share what kind of reminders you’re trying to complete (personal tasks vs. lead/customer follow-ups vs. service reminders)? Also, when you say “complete,” should that just mark it as done, or should it also do anything else you depend on (like stop notifications, log an activity, or update a related record)? And when are you most often needing this on mobile (after a call/text, on the lot, offsite appointments, etc.), and what’s the biggest friction point with the current flow?
