Mobile: Add Driver's License Number & Driver's License State Field, and Pre-Populate When License Scan Occurs

As a User, I would like the ability to scan a Driver's License from the Mobile App and for the Driver's License Number and the Driver's License State to pre-populate automatically upon the scan. When saving the customer's information, I would like the Number & State to be reflected in the Credit App on Desktop.
