It would be nice to have both applicants on the same file. That way you don't have to change any entity information to merge leads properly.

Use ONLY the first 5 digits of ZIP code. While 9 digits might migrate from external inputs, only 5 are needed for communication. Multiple duplicates are often cued off of this data, unlikely to be the primary identifier of a customer.

When you merge from the duplicate dashboard it removes all info from the desking log. Makes it so you either lose the data or go back and re-enter all info. Desking log should be kept accurate and not removed.

When a customer is entered into the CRM with a coapplicant, sometimes in finance they swap the primary and co depending on the lien holder - once it is pushed through the DMS and back into the CRM it then creates a duplicate profile. Currently Drivecentric does not allow merges on those duplicate profiles due to it showing on the same deal. Can we get some sort of override on this??

I need a way to merge deals even when DC doesn't flag them as potential dupes.
